much did the current owners...pay for it and when? How much mortgage
debt remains on the property. Was it a secondary residence? Is it
vacant? How many days has it been on the market with the current
sellers listing agent? How many days on the market with previous
sellers listing agents? What are comparable properties selling for?
How much room is there to negotiate the asking price? What is the
condition of the property? Is it in a flood zone? Are there any
restrictions? ....to name a few.
We work at your pace and do not pressure you. We'll set up
